The storage method of adhesive tape directly affects its viscosity, ductility, and effectiveness. To ensure its stable performance, it should be stored in a cool and dry environment with an ambient temperature between 15 ℃ and 25 ℃ and a relative humidity controlled below 60% to avoid premature aging or increased moisture absorption of the adhesive layer caused by high temperature and humidity. The storage location should be away from heat sources and direct light sources to prevent physical changes in the material of the adhesive tape due to heat or ultraviolet radiation.

Products should be neatly placed on flat shelves or cabinets to avoid compression, curling, and deformation. For the opened adhesive tape, it should be sealed in a sealed bag or the original packaging bag to reduce the contact time with air and minimize the risk of surface viscosity decreasing over time. The adhesive tape should not be stored in the same place as strong acids, alkalis, or organic solvents to prevent volatile substances from corroding or affecting the performance of the adhesive surface. Reasonably arrange inventory based on usage frequency, and regularly inspect product packaging and condition for long-term storage of adhesive tape. If the outer packaging is found to be damaged or damp, the problematic batch should be updated or isolated in a timely manner to avoid affecting subsequent use.
